現貨產品將於 24 小時內發貨,並透過 順豐速運 安全配送,通常 1-3 日即可收到。若該款式需額外訂購,則需約 4-7 個工作天。具體進度歡迎隨時諮詢客服,我們會為您跟進到底。


In-stock products will be dispatched within 24 hours and delivered securely via SF Express, typically arriving within 1 to 3 days.

For items that require special backordering, the fulfillment process takes approximately 4 to 7 business days.

退換與保養 (Returns & Warranty)

​感謝您選擇 Movtify。為了保障您的權益,所有由本公司售出之產品均享有自收貨日起計算的一年本地有限保養服務。
 

Movtify 致力於提供高品質的康復器材。為保障雙方權益,請詳細閱讀以下條款:

1. 7天瑕疵換貨保證 (7-Day Exchange Guarantee)

  • 適用情況: 若收貨後 7 天內發現產品有出廠品質問題(如無法啟動、面板故障),我們提供免費換貨
     

  • 衛生考慮: 由於理療墊及護腕屬於貼身個人衛生用品,恕不接受「不喜歡、不合心意、效果不符預期」等主觀原因之退換。 產品一經拆封使用,除故障外不予退換。
     

  • 申請流程:
    透過 WhatsApp 聯絡我們,並提供訂單編號及拍攝產品故障影片。

    經初步核實後,客戶需自行承擔寄回產品之單程運費,並將產品連同完整原廠包裝(包括所有配件、說明書及禮品)寄回/送回本公司。經技術人員檢測確認為製造缺陷後,我們將於 3-5 個工作天內免費為您更換同款新品,並全數負擔寄出新品之運費。

2. 12個月本地保用期 (12-Month Local Warranty)

  • 保養範圍:

保養期由收貨日起計為期 12 個月。

保養僅適用於非人為因素導致的機械故障或製造缺陷(如:無法發熱、控制面板失效、PEMF 脈衝異常)。
 

  • 非保養範圍(不包括以下情況):

  • 人為損壞: 產品表面破損、撕裂、燒焦,或因液體滲入(如打翻飲料)導致的短路。
     

  • 不當使用: 未按照說明書指引操作(如使用非原廠火牛、過度摺疊導致內部發熱線斷裂)。
     

  • 自然損耗: 布料起毛球、顏色輕微褪色或正常使用下的魔術貼磨損。
     

  • 未經授權拆解: 自行拆開產品外殼或修理者,保養即時失效。
     

  • 售後流程:

若發現產品故障,請先透過 WhatsApp 聯絡我們的售後專員,並提供購買截圖及故障影片。若確認為保養範圍,客戶需將產品送回/寄回本公司指定維修點,我們將負責維修或更換。

我們將於 3-5 個工作天內安排發出更換產品,全數免費
 

  • 最終決定權:如有任何爭議,Movtify 保留最終決定權及解釋權。

Movtify is committed to providing high-quality rehabilitation and wellness equipment. To protect the mutual interests of both parties, please read the following terms in detail:

1. 7-Day Defective Exchange Guarantee

  • Applicable Circumstances: If a manufacturing quality issue is discovered within 7 days of receiving the item (e.g., failure to power on, control panel malfunctions), we provide a free product exchange.
     

  • Hygiene Exemptions: Due to the fact that therapy mats and wrist wraps are personal hygiene and close-contact products, we do not accept returns or exchanges based on subjective reasons, including but not limited to "change of mind, personal preference, or performance falling short of personal expectations." Once the product packaging has been opened or used, it cannot be returned or exchanged unless a functional malfunction is verified.
     

  • Application Procedure:

    • Contact us via WhatsApp, provide your order reference number, and submit a video demonstrating the product malfunction.
       

    • Upon preliminary verification, the customer is responsible for the one-way shipping cost of returning the product to our company, along with its complete original packaging (including all accessories, instruction manuals, and promotional gifts).
       

    • Once our technical team inspects and confirms that the issue stems from a manufacturing defect, we will arrange to ship an identical replacement product within 3 to 5 business days, and Movtify will fully cover the delivery fee of the new replacement unit.
       

2. 12-Month Local Warranty

  • Warranty Scope:

    • The warranty period is valid for 12 months, commencing from the date of dispatch (the date the package is handed over to the courier by Movtify) to simplify administrative logging.

    • The warranty applies strictly to mechanical failures or manufacturing defects arising from non-human factors (e.g., failure to heat up, control panel failure, or PEMF pulse abnormalities).
       

  • Exclusions from Warranty (The warranty does not cover the following):

    • Human-Induced Damage: Product surface breakage, tearing, burns, or electrical short-circuits caused by liquid ingress (such as spilled beverages).
       

    • Improper Usage: Failure to operate the product according to the user manual guidelines (such as using non-original power adapters, or excessive folding/creasing that leads to internal heating element breakage).
       

    • Natural Wear & Tear: Fabric pilling, minor color fading, or standard degradation of Velcro fasteners under normal use.
       

    • Unauthorized Disassembly: The warranty is instantly voided if the user attempts to disassemble the outer casing or perform independent repairs.
       

  • After-Sales Workflow:

    1. If a product fault occurs, please contact our after-sales specialist via WhatsApp first, providing a purchase screenshot and a video of the issue.
       

    2. If confirmed to fall within the scope of warranty coverage, the customer must return/ship the product to Movtify's designated service point. We will be responsible for repairing or replacing the unit.
       

    3. We will arrange to dispatch the repaired or replacement unit within 3 to 5 business days, completely free of charge.
       

  • Right of Final Decision: In the event of any disputes, Movtify reserves the right of final decision and interpretation regarding all terms listed above.
