購買與使用 Movtify 的熱敷墊 (Heat Pad) 及 PEMF 脈衝電磁場床墊 (PEMF Mat) 時，您必須嚴格遵守以下安全規範：

  • 正確使用： 使用者必須嚴格按照產品隨附的使用說明書操作。請勿在潮濕環境、睡眠中（除非產品有定時自動斷電功能而且所有功能正常）或失去知覺的狀態下使用熱敷墊。

  • 熱傷害預防： 熱敷墊長時間高溫使用可能導致低溫燙傷。請勿將加熱表面直接長時間接觸皮膚，並隨時注意皮膚狀況。幼童、行動不便者或對熱不敏感者（如糖尿病患者）須在密切看護下使用。

When purchasing and using Movtify’s Heat Pads and PEMF Mats, you must strictly adhere to the following safety guidelines. Users assume all responsibilities for risks arising from non-compliance with the user manual:
 

  • Proper Usage: Products must be operated strictly in accordance with the included user manual. Do not use the heat pad in damp environments, while sleeping (unless equipped with an auto-shutoff timer that is functioning normally), or while unconscious.
     

  • Burn Prevention: Prolonged exposure to heat pads may cause low-temperature burns. Avoid direct, long-term contact with bare skin. Children, individuals with disabilities, or those insensitive to heat (such as diabetics) must use the product under close supervision.
     

  • Electrical Safety: Do not pierce the heating pad with needles or engage in any other destructive behaviors. Discontinue use immediately and contact customer service if cables are frayed, control boxes are exposed to liquid, or the unit is damaged. Do not attempt self-repair.
     

  • PEMF Mat Safety & Absolute Contraindications:

    • Prohibition for Active Implants: Individuals with pacemakers, defibrillators (ICDs), cochlear implants, or any other active electronic/magnetic medical implants are STRICTLY PROHIBITED from using the PEMF Mat. Electromagnetic pulses may interfere with these devices and cause life-threatening situations.

促銷安排 (Promotions)

Movtify 會不定期透過本網站、官方社群媒體（包括但不限於 Instagram）或官方即時通訊頻道（包括但不限於 WhatsApp 公開動態/廣播專區）推出特定折扣碼、組合優惠、限時促銷或贈品活動。
 

  • 活動期限： 所有由 Movtify 發布的促銷活動、優惠價格及折扣碼均設有特定有效期限。逾期後系統或活動將自動失效，Movtify 無義務為過期優惠或贈品提供任何形式的補償。
     

  • 使用限制： 除非特定活動條款另有明文規定，否則每筆訂單僅能使用一組折扣碼，促銷優惠不得疊加使用、亦無法兌換現金。所有贈品數量有限，送完即止。
     

  • 最終解釋權： Movtify 保留隨時修改、延長、提前終止任何管道之促銷活動，或修正優惠與贈品內容的最終決定權與解釋權，恕不另行個別通知。

  • Validity Period: All promotional events, special pricing, and discount codes issued by Movtify are subject to specific expiration dates. Once expired, codes and promotions become invalid automatically, and Movtify is under no obligation to honor them or provide compensation.
     

  • Usage Restrictions: Unless explicitly stated otherwise in specific event rules, only one discount code can be applied per order. Promotions cannot be combined or stacked, and are non-redeemable for cash. All promotional gifts are subject to availability while stocks last.
     

  • Right to Modify: Movtify reserves the right of final decision and interpretation to modify, extend, terminate, or adjust the terms of any promotional event or gift campaign across any platform at any time without prior notice.

保養條款 (Warranty Terms)

Movtify 為於本網站或官方管道購買的熱敷墊與 PEMF 床墊提供本地有限保養服務：
 

  • 保養期限： 保養期自產品出貨日（即由 Movtify 交付快遞公司之發貨日期）起計算，主要機件（如控制器、加熱晶片/線圈）提供為期一（1）年的本地有限保養服務。消費者須出示有效購買憑證（如網站訂單紀錄、電郵收據或出貨通知郵件）以享用保養。
     

    非保養範圍： 保養服務不包括以下情況：外觀自然損耗（如布料磨損、變色）、因未依說明書操作導致的損壞、不當摺疊折損、進水、自行拆解、外力破壞、使用非原廠適配器，或非居家正常使用之商業用途。
     

       物流費用： 於保養期內如需維修或檢查，客戶須自行承擔將產品寄回或送往 Movtify 指定香港地址的單程物流費用。

Movtify provides a local limited warranty service for Heat Pads and PEMF Mats purchased through this Website or official channels:
 

  • Warranty Period: The warranty period commences from the date of dispatch (the date the product is handed over to the courier by Movtify). A one (1) year limited local warranty applies to core mechanical parts (e.g., controllers, heating chips/coils). Customers must present valid proof of purchase (such as website order records, email receipts, or shipping confirmation emails) to claim the warranty.
     

  • Exclusions from Warranty: This warranty does not cover: natural wear and tear (such as fabric fraying or discoloration), damages caused by misuse or failure to follow the user manual, improper folding or creasing, liquid ingress, unauthorized disassembly, physical damage, usage of non-original adapters, or commercial usage.
     

  • Logistics Expenses: For repairs or inspections during the warranty period, customers are responsible for the one-way shipping costs of returning the product to Movtify’s designated Hong Kong address.
