This Privacy Policy outlines how Movtify (operating under Physiocareinmotion Limited, hereinafter referred to as "we", "us", or "our") processes personal data collected through Movtify.com. We strictly comply with the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance (Cap. 486) of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region (HKSAR).

1. Store Operations & Customer Data (Shoppers)

  • Order Fulfillment: When you browse or make a purchase on our store, we collect basic order details (such as your full name, phone number, delivery address, and email) necessary to process and ship your orders (e.g., via SF Express).
  • Platform Infrastructure: Our online store is hosted on Shopify, which manages user accounts, secure logins, and checkout infrastructure. Shopify processes your account and transaction data under its own platform compliance standards.
  • Payment Security: We accept credit cards, digital wallets, and local direct transfer options. Payments are securely processed through encrypted third-party payment gateways; Movtify does not store full credit card numbers on our servers.

2. Movtify Data Analysis & Protocol Program (Optional)

If you participate in our optional data-driven product optimization program, the following terms apply:

  • Purpose & Data Use: Daily subjective feedback you provide (such as physical sensation ratings, usage duration, sleep, and vitality indicators) is used to:
    • Personalized Progress Reports: Generate reference trend charts (PDF) returned directly to you.
    • AI Model Training: Train and refine the Movtify AI model to deliver tailored product operation recommendations based on bodily responses.
    • Anonymized Research: Conduct aggregated big data analysis (with all personal identifiers permanently removed) to advance product R&D.
  • Data Sovereignty & Right to Withdraw: Raw sensory records are your personal data. You may withdraw from this optional program at any time by contacting us. Upon request, we will delete your historical personal feedback records within 7 business days.
  • Business Assets: In the event of a corporate merger, acquisition, restructuring, or asset sale, user data may transfer as a protected business asset, bound by these same privacy commitments.
  • Disclaimer: Analysis and trend charts generated reflect subjective feedback only and do not constitute clinical medical diagnosis. Discontinue product use and consult a licensed medical practitioner immediately if physical discomfort occurs.

3. Movtify Agent & Affiliate Program (Agents & Partners)

If you apply for or participate in the Movtify Agent Program, we collect and process additional personal data strictly necessary to operate our partnership network:

  • Information Collected: Full legal name, contact details, payout preferences (bank account routing details, store credit logs, or PayPal account info), performance tracking metrics (referral traffic, clicks, conversions), and IP/cookie data.
  • Identity Verification (KYC): To comply with HKSAR anti-money laundering frameworks and fraud prevention guidelines, Agents must submit valid government-issued photo identification (such as an HKID or Passport) and bank account ownership proof prior to receiving commission payouts.
  • Use of Agent Data: Agent records are used strictly for managing accounts, tracking referred sales, calculating multi-tiered commissions, conducting traffic audits, issuing payouts, and fulfilling legal/tax compliance requirements in Hong Kong.

4. Direct Marketing Communications

Subject to your explicit consent (such as checking an opt-in box during checkout or sign-up), we may use your email or phone number to send store updates, product launches, and promotional offers. You can opt out at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any marketing email or contacting our team.

5. Cookies & Tracking Technologies

We use essential, analytical, and referral tracking cookies across Movtify.com. Referral tracking cookies are placed to identify customers arriving via an Agent’s unique referral link and to attribute sales accurately. You may disable non-essential cookies via your browser settings, though doing so may impact site functionality or referral attribution.

6. Data Security, Retention & Third-Party Sharing

  • Data Security & Safeguards: We implement strict physical, electronic, and administrative safeguards to protect personal data against loss, theft, unauthorized access, or disclosure. Identity documents (KYC records) are encrypted and stored on secure infrastructure.
  • Data Retention: Personal data is retained only as long as necessary to fulfill the operational, tax, or legal purposes for which it was collected, after which it is securely deleted or anonymized.
  • Third-Party Disclosures: We never sell, rent, or trade personal data to third parties. Data is shared exclusively with essential operational partners (e.g., couriers like SF Express, tracking app infrastructure, payout providers) or regulatory authorities when explicitly required under Hong Kong law.

7. Data Access and Correction

In accordance with the HKSAR Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance (Cap. 486), you have the right to request access to or correction of your personal data held by us. You can update your shipping address, contact details, and marketing preferences at any time directly through your account profile or by using the unsubscribe link in our promotional emails.

For formal data access or correction requests not handled via account settings, please contact hello@movtify.com. As permitted under Section 28 of the PDPO, formal Data Access Requests require identity verification and are subject to a reasonable administrative fee to cover processing costs.
